You Forgot This Lure Is In Your Box! ( And We're Catching Giant Bass On It )

Come along for an incredible day of fishing! Tim is fishing heavy cover and crystal clear water for GIANT bass! The sun is high, the conditions are slick calm, but Tim knows exactly what to do to get these cautious fish to bite! He goes back to basics, pulls out one of the greatest baits of all time, and catches a ton of fish!

The senko is a bait that everyone owns, but many anglers forget to throw. Today highlights its effectiveness, and is a great reminder of what makes this bait so special! Tim has key colors that he trusts, and he wasn't afraid to list them off for anyone to hear. He wraps the day up strong with a beautiful early–season frog fish as well!

Tim's BIGGEST Florida Bass EVER! Flipping Heavy Cover!

We got a break in the weather and the giants are coming out to play! Come along for an awesome day on the water and watch Tim pull a GIANT bass out of the thick stuff! We're on a brand new lake in Florida but it doesn't take long to get bit. Tim's first bite is a BEAST! 

Its amazing what happens when the air temps rise a few degrees! We're exploring a new fishery and have no idea what to expect. Since its been cold we start out with the flipping sticks and it doesn't take long for Tim to set the hook on an almost 9 lb bass. After the excitement subsides we start moving around and exploring more of the fishery, catching fish on the senko and ultimately  weedless swimbait. 

While we know very little about the actual lake we're on, the bass fishing concepts still apply. By adapting to the changing conditions we were able to catch a giant bass as well as build a pattern to get consistent bites. We Got STUCK! Caught Almost 30 LBS!!! Swimbaits, Creature Baits, and Senko!

Low Tide almost got us! We knew a school of giant bass were tucked up in a shallow backwater and we ALMOST made it! After blowing mud with the outboard we had to adapt and run a new pattern. Come along for the excitement! We started off catching bass with senkos and ended with some really nice bed fish. The Delta is always full of surprises but today it came together and we had a blast catching big bass in clear water! 

Today was one of those days where we rolled with the punches. Amazingly, when we pulled the boat out at the end of the day we had no prop or skeg damage on the Yamaha SHO despite the brutal beating it took to reach our fish! After the shallow water debacle we lost Tim to a giant sight fish for a few hours. Unfortunately that fish never committed but he did connect with a really nice fish on a swimbait to save his day. In the meantime Matt covered a ton of water and found some very nice fish moved up. He was able to combine a variety of baits from craws and creatures to senkos and bluegill swimbaits to get the key bites he needed. 

Tidal fisheries like the delta require constant adjustment. We started out with a plan and made change after change until we locked into a pattern we weren't anticipating. Once we found sight fish we were able to cover miles and miles of canals in search of matching conditions and every time we found the right water temperature and clarity, we found bed fish. By day's end we'd caught a handful of big delta bass on a variety of baits and put together a monster limit. Too much fun!
